Gayflor Z. Worzi
Funder/Team Lead
I am the Executive Director and Team Lead of the Sustainable Africa Research Alliance (SARA), with extensive experience in governance, human rights, gender equality, and community development. My work focuses on using research and data-driven advocacy to strengthen citizen participation, accountability, and inclusive development across Liberia.

Josephine M. Dossin
Co-Funder/Head of Program
Josephine M. Dossen is a development professional with strong experience in program coordination, field supervision, and research management. She has worked with organizations including The Khana Group and Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), supporting data collection, monitoring, and beneficiary engagement across Liberia.

Ayee D. William
Co-Funder/Administration
I am a program and field implementation professional with experience supporting donor-funded initiatives in cash transfer programming, youth development, literacy training, and adolescent economic empowerment across Grand Bassa, Montserrado, and Nimba Counties.
