Program Lead
Program Manager specializing in research and community development. He leads data-driven programs in WASH, gender equality, and youth empowerment, applying strong MEAL and data science skills to deliver impactful, evidence-based solutions across underserved communities in Liberia.
Josephine M. Dossen
ED/Team Lead
Gender and community development specialist focused on empowering women and girls. She designs and implements inclusive programs addressing gender inequality, livelihoods, and protection, while mobilizing communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable social change.
Ayee D. William
Head of Administration
WASH and community engagement officer with experience in sanitation programs and hygiene promotion. He supports community-led initiatives, driving behavior change and improving public health outcomes in rural and underserved communities.
